Setup instructions (assumes you have WinZip version 8.x or newer):

1) Select the wallpaper files by clicking the first file, pressing shift and hold while clicking the last file.

2) Click the Extract button, use the settings below, and extract the wallpapers to c:\windows\pycracing.

3) Select (single click) the picsaver.scr file and click the Install button, this will place the screen saver program in the correct folder and run your display properties control panel applet. Click OK to for the Install screen saver dialog box to get the Display Properties dialog. If you do not have the install option in WinZip or you don't have Windows XP or for some reason the dialogs below didn't appear then use step 3B.

3B) (Use this step only if you have to.) Select the picsaver.scr file (single click) and click Extract to place it in c:\windows by specifying c:\ in the dialog and using "[x] Use folder names" just like step 2. Go to your desktop by minimizing all running programs. Right click on your desktop, in the pop-up menu click "Properties". The dialog above should appear. Switch to the Screen Saver tab in this dialog. Select the "picsaver" screen saver from the list. 

4) Click the Settings button on the Display Properties dialog. The dialog below will appear. Configure the Image Files location by clicking the little folder icon and then browsing to select folder c:\windows\pycracing. If this folder does not exist then you did not extract the wallpaper files to the correct location in step 2. 

5) (optional) Configure the transitions to use. The screensaver supports many methods of switching from one picture to the next. Click the [x] Use transitions and Setup... button to configure these if you wish. Selecting a transition demos it in the dialog. If you skip configuration they are all used at random. I like the Fade In/Out (first one in list) and single-word named transitions best.

6) Close the picsaver setup dialogs and configure any other screen saver settings you prefer - Wait time to wake up, password protect. Then give it a test with the Preview button.
